Ingredients
- 1/4 cup organic old fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 large organic egg, lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup organic blueberries (fresh or frozen)
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, heat oats and water over medium heat for 3 minutes.
- Stir egg into the oats and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Stir berries into the saucepan.
- Put oatmeal in bowl and allow to cool
- top with a few more blueberries
