After lunch at Macky’s, we decided it would be nice to take a stroll on the beach. We visited 53rd Street beach…another great adventure during our trip for Cello’s dock diving event at Pooch Palooza!
Cello and Hooch enjoyed their time on the beach, which was very clean and beautiful.

Willow Creek Winery is a 50 acre vineyard located in Cape May, NJ. They offer a variety of wines, including red and white sangria.
The grounds are gorgeous!
We enjoyed a glass of the sangria with friends, Brandi and Stan, out on the patio at Willow Creek.
Light fare and tapas are offered here for purchasing and enjoying either in the tasting room, or out on the patio. An outdoor bar at the patio is almost completed, where they plan to serve wine slushies… YUM!
North East Beach is located within Elk Neck State Park. Dogs are allowed on the beach on the “off-season.” Cello loves to run in the sand and had a blast chasing her ball!

We decided to get away for Valentine’s Day weekend, so we took a trip back to Elk Neck State Park, since they are open year-round. Spending Valentine’s Day in the trailer was fun and dinner was great! Cello got to run on the beach since no one was there!

Cello had her first real beach experience here. She LOVED walking on the beach and barking at all the birds she saw!

Cello enjoyed jumping the waves in the Atlantic Ocean down in Myrtle Beach! She, of course, was leashed (I “erased” the leash from the photo)…she was on hot pursuit of all the seagulls and other birds who were taunting her, so a leash was a must!
